Who is behind this
MomDadRemotely is an independent business based in Delhi NCR, India, created by a working clinic manager. Views and content here are our own and do not represent any clinic or employer. We never use patient information, stories or images.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site, in our videos and in our emails may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled, for example: "This post contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you." Where a programme requires specific wording, we will use it.
At the time of writing, we may not have joined any affiliate programme yet. This section applies as soon as we do.
Gifted products and paid partnerships
- Gifted: if a brand sends us a product free of charge, we will say so, for example "Gifted by [brand]. Opinions are our own."
- Paid: if we are paid to create or post content, we will label it #ad or "Paid partnership with [brand]".
- Brand content we make (UGC): when we create product videos for brands, they are sponsored work. We follow the brand's guidelines on format only. We will not say a product does something it cannot, and we may decline a product we don't think is safe or useful.
Our own products
The guides, checklists and templates we sell are our own. When we recommend them in free content, we are promoting a product we make and earn from.
How we choose products
- We focus on daily-living and safety items (such as non-slip mats, lighting, phones with large buttons and pill organisers) and on senior-friendly technology.
- We do not recommend or sell medicines, supplements or medical devices that make clinical claims.
- Payment or a free product never buys a positive review. If we don't think something is good, we will say so or leave it out.
Reviews, stories and tips from the community
- We share stories, photos and tips from community members only with their written permission, and anonymously if they prefer.
- We don't edit anyone's words to change their meaning. If you want your story removed, email us and we will remove it.
Expert reviews
When a licensed professional reviews one of our guides, we will name them with their permission and say what they reviewed. A review checks the content for accuracy. It is not an endorsement of our business, and it does not turn our guides into medical, legal or financial advice.
Not professional advice
Everything here is educational information only. It is not medical, legal, financial or insurance advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional who knows your parent's situation. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Accuracy and corrections
We try to check facts against official or professional sources, but rules, prices and helpline numbers change. If you spot an error, please email us and we will correct it and note the correction.
Standards we follow
We aim to follow the disclosure rules for the places our audience is, including the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidance, the Advertising Standards Council of India's influencer guidelines, and India's consumer protection guidelines on endorsements.
