Talk to your parents, in Hindi or English
You are busy and in a different time zone. We call your parent at a time that suits them, explain the important things calmly, and send you a short report afterwards.
What we can help explain
- Scam safety: digital arrest, OTPs, UPI tricks and what to do
- Filling in the Parent Emergency Info Sheet or the Binder together
- How hospital admission, billing and insurance claims work, before they are needed
- Phone and app help: video calls, safe UPI use, screen lock, emergency contacts
- A video-call walkthrough of the home for safety
- A friendly regular check-in, with updates passed to you
What we do not do
- Explain test results, medicines, doses or symptoms. We can read out what the doctor wrote and note your questions for the doctor.
- Give legal or financial advice
- Press a parent to agree to anything. If your parent says no, we stop.
- Ask for, hold or use OTPs, PINs, passwords, cards or money

One-time Talk

Setup Session
or ₹2,499 in India (UPI, cards)
one week
Up to three calls to fill in the info sheet or binder, set up phone safety and go over the scam rules, with a report after each.
Monthly Check-in
or ₹3,499 in India (UPI, cards)
per month
Four calls a month (20 to 30 minutes), a weekly note to you, and one topic session.
How it works
- You send a booking request with your parent's name, language, best time in India, and the topic.
- We confirm the slot and send a payment link. Payment comes before the call. Your parent never pays.
- You tell your parent who will call and when, using the message we send you.
- We call at the booked time, explain, ask your parent to repeat the main points back, and wrap up.
- You get a short written report within hours: what was covered, what your parent said, and questions for the doctor or family.
How we keep your parent safe
A stranger calling a parent sounds like a scam, so we build in checks from the start:
- You introduce us first, in your own words, with our first name and the call time.
- You choose a family code word. We say it at the start of the call.
- We call only at the booked time, from one fixed number you save on your parent's phone.
- We never ask for money, OTPs, PINs or passwords. We say so at the start of every call.
- Your parent can hang up and call you to check at any moment, and we wait.
- Your parent must agree to the call. We do not record unless they clearly agree.
This opens an email with the details we need. A booking form will follow soon. We reply within one working day.
Questions
Do you give medical advice? No. We explain processes and relay what the doctor has said. Questions about health go to your parent's doctor.
Which languages? Hindi, English, or a mix. More languages may follow.
What happens to the notes? We keep minimal notes in a private record, share them only with you, and delete them on request. See the privacy policy.
